This is still proffesional Registered Massage Therapy at its core. The difference is the setting.
Here, your treatment doesn't have to begin and end at the treatment table. The natural surrounding invite you to slow down, step away from the noise from the noise of everyday life and become aware of your body.
Each session is thoughtfully adapted to what your body needs that day, drawing from therapeutic massage, myofascial techniques, assisted stretching, craniosacral therapy and other hands-on approaches within my scope of practice.
