Wildly Healing**
With more than 13 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, I believe good bodywork begins with listening — not only to what you tell me, but to what your body is communicating throughout the treatment.
My approach is therapeutic, intuitive and highly individualized. I draw from a range of techniques including therapeutic massage, myofascial work, assisted stretching and craniosacral-informed bodywork, adapting each session to what you need that day.
I have a particular interest in working with the areas where many of us carry the most tension: the head, neck, shoulders and upper back, as well as the jaw, hips, glutes and psoas. I also enjoy helping clients explore movement, body awareness and a deeper understanding of their own patterns of tension.
My practice is evolving into something I’ve wanted to create for a long time.
Wildly Healing brings together the skilled, evidence-informed bodywork I’ve spent years developing with my love of nature, quiet spaces and the simple act of slowing down. My new home base is a private treatment cabin in Aylmer, where the surrounding landscape becomes part of the experience without taking away from the professional care at its centre.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you arrive. We can talk, assess, and create the treatment together.
Bodywork rooted in science. Inspired by nature.
